Nihal Sarin halted Alireza Firouzja’s winning streak by playing a well-fought draw against. World Champion, D Gukesh bounced back with a vanilla draw against Dmitry Andreikin. Pranesh M also split the point with Nodirbek Abdusattorov. Arjun Erigaisi scored the sole win of the round against Hans Niemann. He is now a half point behind the sole leader at 2/3.
